Strong winds are credited as the likely source of a power outage in Vancouver's Lincoln area, covering Northwest 41st, Spruce, Grant and Maple streets. The outage impacts 80 Clark Public Utilities customers.
The power went out as 12:01 p.m. today. Clark Public Utilities has a service truck in the area to check out the direct cause of the outage. No word yet as to when power will be restored.
